We had a fantastic time exploring the vibrant market at Balderas right near the hotel. the lively atmosphere and delicious street food made it an unforgettable experience. the location of the hotel in the center of the city was perfect for us as we could easily walk to major tourist attractions like the Angel de la Independencia. the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the breakfast spread offered a variety of tasty Mexican dishes to start our day off right. Plus, the stunning view from our room was an added bonus.
The WiFi service at the hotel was not complimentary, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me in arranging tours of the city's popular sites at reasonable rates. The location was perfect, just steps away from the main street and only 5-10 minutes from the subway. This made it super convenient for exploring this city and visiting the market at Balderas in the center. The breakfast offered was satisfying, and I had no complaints about it. this hotel provided excellent service and a comfortable stay.
Nothing at all.

The breakfast offering was good, with a range of options to choose from, and it was a nice start to the day. Plus, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the market and a few good local restaurants. The room was also quite clean and the staff were friendly.
The overall experience at the hotel was subpar due to several factors. the room was quite small and cramped, with very little ventilation.

This hotel is a great value for money. the location is perfect as it is near the major tourist attractions. the free continental breakfast is a great way to start the day. the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay a pleasant one. the hot water and air conditioning facilities never disappoint as well.
The rooms are quite small, so don't bring too many suitcases. the Wi-Fi can be a bit slow on occasion, but that's not really a big deal.
